Thursday Cottage – Handmade Jams, Marmalades, Curds and more.

In June David was delighted to receive a call from the Brand Manager of Thursday Cottage to whom he had been recommended by a very talented designer, Graham Conway of http://www.designGlondon.co.uk

The brief was simple: a promo that showed the making of their handmade products that could be used both by AGA for a promotion and for the Thursday Cottage website and promotions that they do. In order to fit in with the companies manufacturing schedules, within a few days of the initial enquiry, filming was undertaken at Tiptree by David and colleague David Bass.

The manufacturing process was filmed within a 4 hour time slot which, thanks to the help of the friendly team at Thursday Cottage, was easily achieved and then back at DSVP the footage was ingested and a draft edit produced for review. Simple graphic animations were produced by David from supplied psd files and then Thursday Cottage MD Tim Came sat in to finalise the edit. Tim wrote the final script and the voiceover was recorded by Sarah London http://www.sarahlondonvoiceovers.co.uk within an hour of being sent the script.

The team at Thursday Cottage are delighted with the final result and we look forward to working with them again in the near future.
